Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.
Over the past week, 4,210 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,444 measures were taken.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:
✅ The State Institution "Glavtatdortrans" installed a sign "Children" on Promyslovaya Street, Zelenaya Roshcha village, Leninogorsk District (No. 6581267);
✅ The "Old City" Prefecture eliminated a failure of asphalt on Gabdulla Tukay Street, Kazan (No. 6549630);
✅The Avtozavodsky District Administration of Naberezhnye Chelny removed solid household waste near house No. 129 on Shamil Usmanov Street in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6603237);
✅The Zelenodolsk District Executive Committee restored lighting in the courtyard of house No. 5 on Gagarin Street in the village of Osinovo in Zelenodolsk District (No. 6603219).
The most active notifications from residents of the Republic of Tatarstan over the past week were submitted in the following categories:
🔺"Comprehensive improvement of the territory" - 331;
🔺"Organization of outdoor lighting" - 182;
🔺"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 154;
🔺"House maintenance" - 89;
🔺"Traffic management" - 66.
