Personal reception of citizens in the Reception Office of the President of the Russian Federation

Each citizen reception is an opportunity to learn about the problems that worry people.

Today I held a personal reception of citizens in the Reception Office of the President of the Russian Federation. People came with various questions: about the illegal pouring of a foundation on a site, about disagreement with the decision on a criminal case. There were requests to find a serviceman, questions about the education of a child. All requests will be carefully considered, and applicants will be given specific recommendations on how to proceed.

Personal receptions of citizens are an important part of my work and help to understand where there are weak points in the system in order to eliminate them.
