The Russian Government Resolution of 07.11.2024 No. 1509 established the priority right to receive social payments for the purchase (construction) of housing for young families in which one or both spouses or one parent in an incomplete young family are (were) taking part in a special military operation.

Previously, young families with three or more children, as well as young families who registered for better housing conditions before March 1, 2005, had the priority right to receive such payments. Now young families of special military operation participants will also be able to use this right.

Social payments for the purchase or construction of housing are provided to families in which each of the spouses has not yet reached the age of 35. Having children is not required. In addition, a single parent under 35 raising one or more children can receive state support. The main criterion is that the family must need to improve their housing conditions.
To receive priority rights to receive social payments for the purchase (construction) of housing, it will be necessary to additionally provide documents confirming participation in a special military operation.
