📩Recently, a resident of Naberezhnye Chelny, citizen L., contacted our Office, who found herself in a difficult situation. An erroneous transfer of funds, as well as related legal proceedings, caused the applicant a lot of concern. Citizen L., an elderly person with vision and hearing problems, accidentally learned about a court hearing against her on a claim by the other party to return the funds. Attempts to independently return the money through the bank were unsuccessful, and she was left alone with this legal problem.
After citizen L. contacted our Office, I sent a request for legal assistance. Thanks to the prompt response of the President of the Bar Association of the Republic of Tatarstan, the applicant was assigned a lawyer free of charge. As a result, her interests are now represented by an experienced lawyer from the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the Bar Association.
