Recently, I received an appeal from citizen A. from Bugulma. He faced incorrect charges for the Internet and subsequent blocking of access to the network. After connecting fiber-optic Internet and TV, the monthly payment amount turned out to be higher than specified in the contract, and after he contacted Tattelecom, the issue remained unresolved.

💡We sent a request to the company, and as a result of the check, an error was found: when changing the tariff plan, incorrect charges occurred, which led to the blocking of the service. As a result, Tattelecom canceled the incorrect charges, restored access and offered a discount as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
