In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", employees of the Office of the Ombudsman conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system
Over the past week, 5,377 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,730 measures were taken.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:
✅ The Executive Committee of the City of Kazan installed railings on the entrance group of residential building No. 63A on Ibragimov Avenue in Kazan (No. 6524134);
✅ The management company "PKF "Zhilkomservis" LLC carried out repairs to a children's play element in the courtyard of residential building No. 1/10 on Gvardeyskaya Street in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6533960);
✅ The Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk District restored lighting on Sportivnaya Street in the village of Osinovo in the Zelenodolsk District (No. 6531245);
✅ "BPTS" JSC carried out repairs of the pedestrian sidewalk on Saydasheva Street in Bugulma (No. 6468099).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications in the following categories:
📍"Comprehensive improvement of the territory" - 547;
📍"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 184;
📍"House maintenance" - 140;
📍"Organization of outdoor lighting" - 133;
📍"Organization of traffic" - 76.
