4 meetings and the opening of a renovated kindergarten in one day!
The second point of our working visit today was the Yelabuga municipal district. Held a meeting to review notifications received from citizens in the "Public Control" system. We reviewed 29 notifications from citizens with responsible executors. The issues mainly concern road repairs, the quality of housing and communal services, and landscaping.
Recommended to improve control and quality of consideration of citizens' notifications, as well as to report and take measures on inclusion of issues for their further inclusion in republican programs to assist in their implementation.
🏥And, of course, visited the State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Yelabuga Central Hospital". With the hospital administration, discussed issues related to the availability of appointments with doctors, ethics and deontology. Based on the results of consideration of citizens' appeals, recommended to be more attentive to incoming notifications, to post comments with a detailed explanation of the issues raised by citizens, and to monitor social networks for negative comments on the quality of medical care in order to eliminate these shortcomings and prevent the emergence of negative reviews.
