Day of legal protection for suspects, accused and convicted persons held in institutions of the penal system of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the Federal Penitentiary Service Administration for the Republic of Tatarstan held a day of legal assistance to suspects, accused and convicted persons held in institutions of the penal system of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the format of a video conference.
Such days are no longer a rarity for us, but an established and well-established practice.
We received requests from 15 people. Together with representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Ministry of Justice of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the necessary specific recommendations and explanations were given on issues of document restoration, obtaining medical assistance, obtaining housing for orphans, providing technical rehabilitation equipment and other issues.
