Meeting on reviewing notifications in SIS RT “Public Control” in the Administration of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan
Today I met with the responsible executors for reviewing notifications in SIS “Public Control” in the Administration of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan. This year, these districts published the largest number of notifications among the structural subdivisions of the Executive Committee of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Entity of Kazan - 5,382 notifications.
The main share of planned (unresolved) notifications, for which the deadlines are delayed by the responsible executors relates to the comprehensive improvement of the territory, maintenance and repair of the roadway, the organization of “accessible environment”.
During the meeting, untimely consideration of notifications, biased assignment of statuses “Motivated refusal” were noted, and it was recommended to correct the approaches of consideration of notifications by responsible executors in SIS RT “Public control”.
