50 applicants applied within the framework of the telephone hotline on the topic of family, motherhood and childhood protection
We timed the event to coincide with the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, and in the Year of the Family this topic is more relevant than ever. Our “hotlines” are in wide demand among the population, because it is a direct connection with deputies, highly qualified specialists from ministries and departments.
Issues of arrangement and education of children with disabilities, providing orphans with housing and their benefits, non-payment of alimony obligations, suspension of benefits due to arrears of housing and utility bills and others.
Some of the questions were solved during the hotline, most of them were explained, and a small part was taken up by us and our colleagues.
