Work in SIS RT “Public Control” over the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Commissioner conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system.

Over the past week, 4,373 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,351 were acted upon.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS “Public Control” by responsible executors:

✅Administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan planted trees near residential building No. 8 k1 on Glazunova Street in Kazan (No. 6326405);

✅The municipal unitary enterprise “Park of Culture and Recreation” of Naberezhnye Chelny repaired the observation deck on Gabdulla Tukai embankment in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6333379);

✅ The Executive Committee of the Laishevsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan cleaned the bank of the Kama River in Laishevo (No. 6333607);

✅The Executive Committee of the Novosheshminsky District mowed grass, cut down maple trees, cleaned the font and paving stones on the territory of a spring in the Tubylgytau rural settlement (No. 6325320).

The most active residents of the Republic of Tatarstan during the past week submitted notifications in the following categories:

📍“Complex improvement of the territory” - 585;
📍“Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 204;
📍 “Communal services” - 88;
📍 “Organization of road traffic” - 68;
📍 “House maintenance” - 54.
