In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, the staff of the Office of the Commissioner monitors notifications received in the system on a daily basis.
Over the past week, 4,708 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,611 were acted upon.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS “Public Control” by responsible executors:
✅ The regional garbage disposal operator “Grinta” LLC performed garbage removal works at the public transportation stop “Pontoon Bridge” in Krasnokluchinsky rural settlement of Nizhnekamsk municipal district (No. 6292738);
✅ MAU “Development Department” equipped a household platform for drying laundry in the yard of residential building No. 18A on Gafiatullin Street, Almetyevsk (No. 6294746);
✅ The Executive Committee of Leninogorsk District mowed grass and trimmed trees on Sadriyev Street in Leninogorsk (No. 6306584);
✅ Impulse LLC, a contracting organization, cleaned the access canopy of residential building No. 20 on Lukina Street in Kazan (No. 6306279) of debris.
Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications in the following categories over the past week:
📍“Complex territory improvement” - 505;
📍“Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 233;
📍 “Organization of road traffic” - 86;
📍 “House maintenance” - 64;
📍 “Improvement or modernization of a playground” - 62.
