Owners of plots of land located in gardening non-commercial partnerships (NCPs) will be able to become participants in the social gasification programme.
A resolution to this effect was signed by the Government of the Russian Federation on April 16, 2024.
Gas networks will be installed free of charge to the boundaries of land plots of citizens in non-commercial gardening associations located within the boundaries of gasified settlements.
Title documents must be executed for the house and land plot. An application for connection can be submitted either by the owner of the house or by the chairman of the NCP. The decision on pre-gasification must be made at the general meeting of NCP members, and its minutes must be attached to the application for connection.
We remind you that you can apply for additional gasification:
✅ electronically using the federal state information system “Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services”;
✅ through a multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services;
✅ at the client center of the gas distribution organization.
