In my speech I told about the use of digital technologies in the activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan in the consideration of messages and notifications of citizens received through the FGIS “Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)” and SIS RT “Public Control”. In recent years, the population of our republic has been actively using information services to solve various issues, with the help of which it is possible to track the progress of the appeal, as well as to see clearly the results of solving the problem. In total, 60,167 notifications were received through the PIC in 2023. More than 104,000 notifications (104,667) - through SIS RT “Public Control”, 80% of notifications of which - resolved positively (84,013).

We would like to thank the Government of our republic for the trust and invitation to such events! January and February 2024 were full of presentations!
