What to do if the purchased goods turned out to be of poor quality, including those purchased remotely, what is the algorithm of actions in case of detection of defects in technically complex goods, how it is possible to replace goods of improper quality, what goods are not subject to return or exchange, how to correctly draw up a claim - the answers to these and many other questions were received today by the students of the University of the Third Age.

Representatives of the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the Republic of Tatarstan (Tatarstan) Novikova Angelina and Zuhra Shakirova gave information on the topic “Consumer Rights: What Everyone Needs to Know”.

Educating the public on consumer protection issues is a prerequisite for creating a fair and transparent market for goods and services, helps people avoid deception and fraud by sellers and producers of goods and services, and raises their awareness of how to protect their interests in case of violation of these rights.

We thank our colleagues for interesting and detailed information, as well as for the information leaflets provided. We hope for further cooperation!
