Following the Commissioner's appeal, the Prosecutor's Office of the Novo-Savinovsky District made a submission to eliminate the identified violations
We received an appeal from citizen A., who reported about the delay in the execution of a number of notices in SIS RT “Public Control” and the assignment of unreasonable statuses to them.
As part of the verification of the information specified in the appeal, we found that the notifications on the installation of tactile plates for people with visual impairments at crosswalks near the City Polyclinic No. 7 in Kazan were assigned the status of “Motivated refusal”.
The fact of delaying the installation of artificial bumps near the educational institution on Marshala Chuikov Street was also established. Despite the presence of a road sign warning about the artificial bump, there was no artificial bump in the specified place.
In order to protect the rights of citizens, we sent this information to the prosecutor's office. The Prosecutor's Office of Novo-Savinovsky District, agreeing with our arguments, made a proposal to eliminate the identified violations to the Administration of Novo-Savinovsky District of Kazan. We hope that the work to eliminate these violations will be carried out promptly and the rights of our citizens will be restored in full.
