In the first 11 months of this year, 5,206 written and oral communications were received from citizens. More than 1,200 of them concern the social, economic and cultural rights of citizens. People are asking about the cost and quality of housing and communal services, lack of housing, pension security, social security for the disabled, wages, forced dismissal, provision of medical and preventive care and medication, No pre-school places, bullying in schools.

Many appeals have been made to protect the rights of conscripts and military personnel. The questions of the participants in the special military operation and their families relate primarily to the non-payment of the required salaries, the non-receipt of payments for injuries and lump sum payments, the search and location of the soldier, the granting of leave, A military medical commission after an injury.

For 11 months of the current year in «People’s Control» published more than 98 thousand notifications and reports of citizens, 77 328 notifications took measures. The ministries and departments and municipal districts approved 63,286 notifications. In response to a number of communications, the Office of the Ombudsman, with the assistance of experts from the relevant departments, organized more than 50 visits to organizations and institutions, including places of detention.

In cooperation with the branch of the «Union of Retired People of Russia» in the Republic of Tatarstan 6 days of legal assistance were held, during which 122 people were accepted.
