Departure of employees of the Apparatus to FCU SIZO-5 UFCIN of Russia in Tatarstan
The Commissioner is requested to protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons held in places of detention, including those belonging to the penal correction system of the Russian Federation. And the content of some of the messages makes it impossible for me to remain indifferent.
That is why today the employees of my Apparatus together with the representative of the Federal Migration Service MSH-16 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia carried out a mobile check of the Federal Penitentiary Service SIZO-5 in the Federal District of Tatarstan, Chistopol, in order to check the complainant’s arguments, as well as to meet with the convicted person, whose rights may have been violated.
With the assistance of the representative of the Federal Migration Service MSH-16 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and the staff of the Apparatus, the issue was resolved.
The appeal remains under my control.
