Today opened the International scientific and practical conference «Effective practices of ombudsmen: national peculiarities and universal approaches».
The purpose of this conference is to discuss the practice of protecting human rights in the world, Russia, Tatarstan, exchange of experience in solving problems of ensuring citizens' rights.
Human Rights Commissioner in Tatarstan Saria Saburskaya: "I am convinced that the event will be an important platform for the exchange of views, knowledge and experience of professionals professionally engaged in human rights activities, and effective mechanisms for the realization of human rights and freedoms will be reflected in the program documents of the conference".

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin, met with the Russian Commissioner for Human Rights, Tatiana Moskalkova, and the Tatarstan Ombudsman, Saria Saburska.
The meeting was held at the Government House.
During the visit to Kazan, Tatiana Moskalkova takes part in the events of the General Assembly of the Asian Ombudsman Association.
The Human Rights Commissioner of the Russian Federation highly appreciated the level of organization of international events. It was noted that the meetings would provide an important platform for the exchange of views, knowledge and experience on human rights issues.
