Hotline for the protection of citizens' electoral rights
The office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan will be involved in monitoring the observance of citizens' rights during the preparation and conduct of the Single Voting Day on September 10, 2023. We will promptly consider citizens' petitions about violations of electoral legislation.
On September 10, on the Single Voting Day in Tatarstan, by-elections will be held in 36 municipal districts for 161 deputies of representative bodies of municipalities. 541 candidates participate in the campaign.
41 territorial and 175 precinct election commissions with a staff of 1,237 people were involved. The number of voters in these districts is 71,812. (2.4% of voters in Tatarstan).
