Workshop on consideration of notifications in GIS RT "People’s control"
Today, representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office of Vakhitovsky and Volga districts of Kazan and representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office of Vakhitovsky and Volga districts of Kazan held a working meeting to consider notifications in the GIS "People’s Control".
The territory of the districts is 22,579 hectares, living - 339 thousand people (in Vakhitovsky - 85,9 thousand, in Volga - 253,1 thousand). Of course, the number of applications filed is the highest annually.
This year, 7,161 notifications have been published and 4,600 measures have been taken, but issues of timeliness and quality of execution of applications still remain, so today we have considered the main shortcomings that the performers admit during consideration.
Recommended to analyze the problem issues and take them to the weekly meeting with the Head of the district, make visits to the sites and when planning republican programs to take into account notifications that have not found their solution in the system.
