First day of feedback training for municipal executive committees
The Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan together with the separate subdivision of ANO «Dialogue Regions» the Republic of Tatarstan today held the first day of training on the educational program of feedback for employees of executive committees of municipalities. Specialists in charge of the consideration of notifications and reports of citizens, coming through the channels of feedback GIS RT «People’s Control», Feedback Platform FGIS «Single portal of state and municipal services (functions)» took part in the training today.
The program will be held two days and will focus on the development of competences in various areas: the importance of interaction between authorities and society through various forms of feedback, the creation of constructive and positive communication between citizens and the state in the onlinespace on the basis of GIS RT «People’s control», Feedback platform FGIS «Single portal of state and municipal services (functions)».
It is planned to familiarize and review the functioning of the GIS of the Republic of Tatarstan «People’s Control», destroy the answers of citizens in terms of involvement and compassion, as well as the best practices of representatives of state authorities and municipalities.
