Information on categories of citizens entitled to social assistance will be recorded
On January 1, 2024, the Federal Law of 10.07.2023 N 293-FZ "On the amendment of certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation and the invalidation of individual legislative acts (provisions of legislative acts) of the Russian Federation" will enter into force.which will keep records of the categories of citizens who are entitled to social assistance.
The main objective of the system is to automate and shift to a mindless way of providing support measures to citizens.
On 1 January 2024, the Federal Act provided for the creation of a unified centralized digital social platform, a federal State information system based on the information systems and resources currently in operation in the social sphere, which contains information on the recipients of social protection measures (support), including social services, other social guarantees, benefits and pensions, as well as information on the rehabilitation (habilitation) of disabled children and citizens, Victims of industrial accidents and occupational diseases. The digital platform will automate the procedures for providing these measures.
