3,180 times residents of the republic appealed to the Commissioner for the first half of 2023

We monitor citizens' communications on a daily basis. During the six months of 2023, residents of the republic and regions applied to the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan 3180 times, of which 413 were oral, received as part of a personal visit, and 1736 - written, received by the Office of the Commissioner through various communication channels, 1031 - through the system of providing emergency services call through a single number «112».

Of the total number of citizens accepted at personal reception directly by the Commissioner 301 citizens, employees of the Office of the Commissioner - 112 citizens.

In the first six months of 2023:

📍12 personal receptions of citizens in the Office of the Commissioner;

📍4 personal visits in Arsk, Kukmor, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsky municipal districts

📍9 joint thematic sessions with the head of the investigation department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan V.A. Lipsky; Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan I.S. Nafikov; Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic Tatarstan E.A. Zaripova; Head of the State Law Office of the Republic of Tatarstan M.R. Fatkullin, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.

📍5 days of legal assistance for persons held in penitentiary system institutions by videoconference;

📍5 days of legal assistance together with RO LTD "Union of Pensioners of Russia" in the Republic of Tatarstan;

📍2 Legal Aid Days for Conscripts;

📍personal reception in the Reception of the President of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Three telephone «hotlines» were held on education issues (including summer holidays and health improvement of children in the Republic of Tatarstan), on military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as in cooperation with the Association of Women Deputies «Marham-Mercy» - «Women’s Issue».
