Workshop with responsible operators in GIS RT "People’s Control"
The work on consideration of notifications in GIS RT «People’s control» only on the computer monitor can not be effective, we believe it is important to visit directly municipal entities, to personally ascertain whether the applications have been resolved and, if necessary, to make recommendations to the staff of the Executive Committees on the system.
As part of the working trip to Almetev municipal district, the head of the department of coordination of interaction of GIS users RT «People’s control» Rustem Nizamiyev held a workshop on the issue of execution of notifications in GIS RT «People’s control». We, together with the head of the Executive Committee of the city and responsible employees of the municipality, considered 81 applications in the system. These are mainly road repairs, quality of housing and communal services and land improvement.
Later, we also visited the Bugulminsk district, where together with the leaders and responsible executives considered the most urgent appeals that need to be resolved as soon as possible.
As a result of the meeting, my representative recommended to strengthen the work of the Executive Committees of Almeteyevsky and Bugulminsky with regard to the prompt implementation of the notification of citizens and the timely posting of replies in the system.
