Today, a meeting was held at the Regional Control Center of the Republic of Tatarstan to review the results of digital public feedback platforms for the first quarter of 2026.

During the first quarter of 2026, we held eight on-site working meetings and conferences with managers and responsible executives in Kazan, as well as in the Agryz, Arsk, Baltasinsky, Yelabuga, Kukmorsky, Mendeleyevsky, Tukaevsky, and Tyulyachinsky districts.
During the meeting today, we reviewed 13 examples of citizen requests and notifications received through digital channels. We discussed problematic issues and outlined solutions.
Overall, the implementation rate of notifications in theSIS RT "Public Control" continues to show positive dynamics, reaching 76%.
Following the meeting, she recommended ensuring oversight of the review and resolution of issues raised in citizen notifications and appeals, taking action on appeals and notifications with missed or formal deadlines, and paying particular attention to the quality of responses and the effectiveness of decisions. She also emphasized the need to hold public hearings on the Feedback Platform and organize weekly meetings with responsible officials.
