In the framework of a personal reception at the location mobilized in November 2022, I was approached by a mobilized citizen of N., a resident of the city of Elabuga, about the need to repair the roof of the apartment building.
The conscript was concerned that, during his military service, the systematic flooding of his home might render him uninhabitable.
In the course of the work carried out by the local government of Yelabuga municipal district, partial repair of the roof of the apartment building was carried out

When I visited the military hospital, the complainant stated that despite the partial repair of the roof, his house continued to flood during the rains. Today, as part of a retreat in Yelabuga municipal district, we met with the complainant in his apartment.
The district administration has taken the matter under control.
