The problem of garbage collection was again considered at a meeting of the working staff of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on tariffs
Residents of Kazan and nearby municipalities faced a garbage collapse: only in April on this issue received 264 appeals to «People’s Control», which is almost three times more than in the same period last year. Citizens report that the garbage is not taken out for weeks. We announced this at the regular meeting of the working Staff of the State Committee on Tariffs.
We already know by heart the names of all the streets and villages from where the trash is not taken out in time. It is necessary to solve this problem on a systematic basis, to prevent the formation of landfills», - said the employee of the Office of the Commissioner Niyaz Mullagalia.
Since 15 March (the last meeting of the Staff) the largest number of complaints has been received in Kazan. 165 notifications, Pestrechinsky (36 notifications), Laishevsky (30 notifications) and Zelenodolsky districts (22 notifications).
On a daily basis we address all cases of violations to the Criminal Code «PCHX». We again raised the problem of rare garbage collection in rural settlements of the republic. The Executive Committees were given a protocol instruction to submit proposals on the periodicity of export of TCTs. The next meeting of the Headquarters would consider the matter in greater detail.
According to the area of activity of the regional operator «Grinta» the situation on the export of TKO in the Almetievsky and Bugulminsk districts was noted, from where from March 15 received 19 and 18 notifications, respectively. The regional operator gave assurances that all unauthorized landfills would soon be eliminated.
