Reception of convicts serving sentences in FGI PC-3 DFPS of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan
Discussion of problematic issues and existing appeals is always more effective in direct contact with people, “on the spot”. In the village of Panovka, Pestrechinsky district, he is in the FGI PC-3 DFPS of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, where today we held a reception of convicts on personal issues.
Also, during the visit to the colony, the living conditions of the living sections of the convicts were checked, the detachment where the convicted invalids were kept was visited, including for the presence of the necessary conditions for creating a barrier-free environment, the dining room was inspected and catering for the convicts was carried out. We also visited a sewing section, a woodworking, furniture and metalwork shop, a section for welding metal structures, where convicts work. We took some of the questions for further work.
In order to get acquainted with the conditions of detention of persons held in custody suspected and accused of committing crimes, they also visited the premises created on the basis of FKU IK-3 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, functioning in the mode of a pre-trial detention center, designed for 120 places. A selective conversation was held with citizens held in these premises on the subject of the quality of the food provided, the conditions of detention, and treatment from the administration of the special institution. No comments or complaints were received.
