Meeting of the Project Office of the Region Management Center in the Republic of Tatarstan
Held a meeting of the Project Office of the Region Management Center in the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the heads of executive committees. Special attention was paid to the issues of quality consideration of messages received through the Feedback Platform of the FSIS (Federal state information system) "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)" in the SIS of RT "Public Control" for two months of 2023.
Recommended a more careful handling of communications, prompt action, and clearer answers to questions raised in communications.
During January-February 2023, we received a total of 2,749 messages through the CMP (construction management plan). These were mostly questions about landscaping, snow removal, accessibility of doctor's appointments, maintenance of adjacent property, and utilities.
