Meeting of the Expert Council under the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan

In order to optimize the work to ensure the protection and observance of the rights of foreign citizens and stateless persons on September 28, 2018 in The office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting of the Expert Council under the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, dedicated to the legalization of stateless persons, long-term residents in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as released from the Center of temporary detention of foreign citizens and stateless persons (with / without a criminal record); long-term detention of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Center of temporary detention; terms of execution of orders on expulsion from the Russian Federation; medical care in the current year.

The meeting of the Expert Council was attended by representatives of the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan (Volga) Federal University, Kazan innovative University. V. G. Timiryasov, Assembly of peoples of Tatarstan, charitable non-profit organization "New century", Regional public organization "Center for legal assistance to migrants and other socially vulnerable groups of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan "Law clinic"" .

The discussion of the issues was constructive, some of them were taken to work by representatives of the participating agencies immediately, the remaining comments and suggestions will be reflected in the Protocol and the decision of the Expert Council.
