Today an employee of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in an off-site meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Education, Culture, Science and National Issues, which was held at the Kazan State Conservatory named after N.G. Zhiganov.  

Rafis Gazizov accompanies military echelons to the Far East twice a year every year. Today on the train he accidentally met a guy who just a month ago finished his pre-graduation internship at our Apparatus and went to fulfill his civic duty in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.  

Held a joint reception of citizens together with Amir Khamitov, deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Residents of the district addressed with questions: obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation, housing issues, assistance in tracing servicemen involved in a special military operation in the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and Ukraine. A total of 8 citizens applied.  

After seeing our guys off, we went back to our daily business, namely the reception of citizens. There are as many people as there are fates. More than half of those who addressed us asked questions concerning the special military operation. This topic has touched each of us, so there is not a single reception where there are no questions related to the military. Sharing our worries and hardships, our struggles and hopes, we try to help everyone who applies.  

Today, the second echelon with the young generation of servicemen who are ready to do their duty to the Motherland and undergo compulsory service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation headed for the Far East. The boys will serve in military units of Ussuriysk, Khabarovsk, Ulan-Ude and cities of the Amur Region.  

On 01.07.2024, Federal Law No. 602-FZ of 19.12.2023 will come into force, which abolishes bank fees for certain categories of citizens when they transfer payment for housing and utilities, penalties for late and/or incomplete payment for housing and utilities. 27.04.2024 The Government of the Russian Federation Order No. 1059-r approved the list of persons in need of social support who are subject to exemption from bank commission.  

Tatarstan is planning to hold 339 Sabantuys this year, including in Russian regions.  

The Free Legal Aid Day is a great opportunity to get competent advice on a matter of concern from experts. Today, the All-Russian Day of Free Legal Aid is being held across the country, with the participation of Zulfiya Gilmutdinova, Deputy Head of the Department for the Restoration of Citizens' Rights, and my public assistants in municipal districts.  

Today an employee of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a joint field meeting of the State Council of the RT Committee on Social Policy and the Expert Council under the State Council of the RT Committee on Social Policy.

A cooperation agreement was signed between the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Territorial Body of the Federal State Statistics Service in the Republic of Tatarstan.
