The telephone “hot-line” got 143 calls on execution of court decisions issues

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan launched the “hot-line” on execution of court decisions issues for the population on September, 22.

Calls have been answered from 9.00 to 5.00 p.m.

In total, there were 143 calls. Questions related issues of explanations of legislation on enforcement proceedings, the order of appeals against the decisions of the inaction of officials bailiff service, temporary restrictions on leaving the debtors of the Russian Federation, temporary restrictions on the use of the debtors of the special right (vehicle control), the validity of the application of any measures of enforcement, and issues the order of foreclosure on wages and other income of the debtor.
