Held a follow-up meeting on issues of working with citizen notifications in the Nizhnekamsk municipal district
Today, I held a videoconference meeting with responsible officials of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District regarding the review of citizen notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control".
The meeting was held as part of the follow-up to the decisions made following the previous meeting. The participants discussed the progress of implementing these instructions, the results of the work completed, and also reviewed citizen notifications that are currently under review and require further processing.
Particular attention was paid to the quality of the review of requests and compliance with established deadlines. For each issue, the next steps and necessary measures for their effective resolution were determined.
Following the meeting, I recommended that responsible officials more carefully assign statuses to citizen requests, improve the quality of their responses, and promptly post interim information on their progress. This approach ensures greater transparency in the review of requests and enhances citizen engagement.
