The Kazan Expo IEC hosted a requiem concert, "Every Third," dedicated to the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Vladimir Pertsov, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus, also participated in the event.

The requiem concert, "Every Third," is dedicated to the tragic events that took place in Belarus during the Great Patriotic War. At the beginning of the war, approximately 8 million residents and approximately 900,000 Soviet prisoners of war were under German occupation in Belarus. In virtually every region of the country, the Nazis established prisons, concentration camps, and ghettos to exterminate civilians and prisoners of war.

Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted the invaluable contribution of fraternal Belarus to achieving the Great Victory and congratulated everyone on the upcoming Victory Day. He also emphasized that today, the heirs of the Generation of Victors are selflessly fighting for their homeland. "Thanks to the patriotism of our soldiers, there is no doubt that victory will be ours," he added.
