Attended the ceremony presenting the Rafail Davleyev Prize and medals "For Active Civic Position," which took place at the Interregional Training Center of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.
The prize is awarded annually to those who make a significant contribution to the resocialization and social adaptation of prisoners, helping them return to a full life in society. The award was established in 2023 by the Yardam-Pomoshch charitable foundation in memory of Rafail Ganievich Davleyev, Assistant to the Head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for Work with Believers in the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Public Council of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, and Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This year's award recipients included Mikhail Khasminsky, Deputy Chairman of the Public Council of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Director of the Center for Crisis Psychology, and expert of the Committee for Families of Fatherland Soldiers; Rushan Salakhetdinov, Assistant to the Mufti of the United Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Krasnoyarsk Krai and Muslim psychologist; Ildar Minakhmetov, Head of Correctional Facility No. 10 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan; Alfat Zamaltdinov, Head of Correctional Facility No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan; and Airat Zaripov, Deputy Head of Pretrial Detention Facility No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.
Furthermore, during the event, letters of commendation from the Head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan were presented, as well as medals from the Public Council of the Penitentiary Service of the Republic of Tatarstan "For Services to Society."
