A housing and utilities hotline will be open today.

You can call the hotline to report:

• poor quality of utility services (heating, water supply, sewerage, electricity, gas);
• violations in calculating utility bills;
• poor maintenance of common property in apartment buildings;
• inaction or illegal actions by management companies, homeowners' associations, and housing cooperatives;
• unsatisfactory solid waste removal and poor maintenance of adjacent grounds;
• and other issues related to ensuring citizens' rights in the housing and utilities sector.
