The appeal was resolved positively!
We received a request from citizen V. via the ESIS GLONASS+112 system regarding medical assistance. The applicant stated that he lived alone and had no relatives. There was no water or food in the house, and due to his health condition, he was unable to leave the house on his own, having previously suffered a stroke and a heart attack.
The situation required immediate intervention. To protect the applicant's rights, we contacted the Spassky Central District Hospital to extend his inpatient stay, and the Spassky Nursing Home for the Elderly and Disabled to resolve the issue of further social services.
With the assistance of A.Yu. Tsarev, head of the Polyansky rural settlement, and S.A. Nikitina, public assistant to the Human Rights Commissioner for the Spassky District, the applicant was provided with the necessary medical care. Subsequently, citizen V. was placed in the Spassky boarding house for the elderly and disabled, where he was provided with care and social services.
