Today, I held a citizen's reception at Correctional Colony No. 19 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the reception, nine inmates approached me. Their questions related to the lack of social benefits, assistance with employment after release, payment of housing and utilities, the unsatisfactory condition of their apartment building, medical care, passport processing, assistance with establishing and revising their disability status, and pension processing.
Representatives from the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Medical Unit No. 16 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, and the Main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise for the Republic of Tatarstan also participated in the meeting.
All requests were thoroughly reviewed. Applicants were provided with the necessary explanations and consultations within the framework of current legislation.
