The work of our community assistants over the past year

Public assistants of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan make a significant contribution to protecting citizens' rights. Working in the republic's municipal districts, they are in constant contact with residents and help build effective feedback on the ground.

In 2025, our public assistants carried out significant work:

• During the year, they received approximately 2,000 citizen inquiries, which they addressed with clarifications and consultations.
• Furthermore, public assistants conducted approximately 1,500 events aimed at protecting citizens' rights and promoting legal education.
