Citizens' requests are the main focus of our work!
It is through requests that we see the real problems people face and understand where our intervention and additional attention are needed.
To address issues comprehensively and comprehensively, we regularly hold citizen consultations: in-person, joint with representatives of ministries and agencies, and on-site.
In 2025, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan held approximately 50 in-person, joint, and on-site citizen consultations.
In 2025, we received a total of 8,401 requests, including through the ESIS GLONASS+112 system.
Among the most pressing requests are issues related to the special military operation, the implementation of housing rights, and the provision of medical care.
If you have any questions or need legal advice, you can always submit a request to us through our online reception or visit us in person at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan at: Kazan, Karl Marx Street, Building 61
