Work in the Almetyevsk District today wasn't limited to citizen receptions. We also held a meeting at the Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk Municipal District on the implementation of citizen notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control".

At the meeting, we reviewed 37 examples of citizen notifications in detail. The most common complaints in the district concern the maintenance and repair of municipal roads, comprehensive landscaping, outdoor lighting, traffic management, playground equipment and modernization, the ongoing maintenance of apartment buildings, and the condition of parks and squares.

Together with the responsible officials, we clearly outlined the key areas to pay special attention to when working with notifications and discussed common mistakes.

I recommended that colleagues avoid formal responses to citizen inquiries, pay close attention to deadlines, and not delay the implementation of citizen notifications.

We continue to closely monitor the quality of the implementation of citizen notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control" and support the districts in improving the effectiveness of this work!
