I took part in a briefing at Tatar-inform on issues of corruption prevention
I participated in a briefing at Tatar-inform, where I spoke about work on preventing corruption offenses and implementing citizen notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control".
Over the first nine months of 2025, the total number of requests through feedback channels was 221,106. To monitor the quality of implementation, we held a Project Office meeting, as well as 31 working meetings in the Administration and at local level. As part of this work, 698 notifications from 32 municipalities were reviewed. Together with the Office of the RT Directorate for Anti-Corruption Policy, we also visited districts, studied the implementation of requests, and helped organize work where improvements were needed.
Weekly meetings on compliance have been introduced in all municipalities, and backup specialists have been assigned, which has increased efficiency and reduced the number of overdue requests.
This year, new closed categories related to the prevention of illegal drug trafficking were added to the SIS RT "Public Control", moderated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan. The system currently accepts notifications across 119 categories.
Over the first nine months of 2025, the most frequent notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control" were related to public works, roads, housing and utilities, transportation, ecology, and healthcare.
The compliance rate across the republic was 74%, with 51,060 notifications resolved.
The "Anti-Corruption" program continues to operate separately. In 2025, 359 notifications were published there, 320 of which were assigned the status "Request Resolved."
I would like to note that the SIS RT "Public Control" remains an important tool that not only helps promptly resolve citizens' issues but also identifies systemic problems affecting the observance of their rights.
