We continued holding Legal Aid Days in collaboration with the Union of Pensioners of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan. The latest event was held at the Jalil youth club in Kazan.
Representatives of the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Social Fund of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Notary and Bar Chambers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rosreestr, the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Kazan Federal University Legal Clinic answered citizens' questions.
The inquiries concerned pension amounts, voluntary dismissal from work, establishing legal capacity, clarification of a Russian Government decree, placement in a residential care facility, the inaction of law enforcement agencies, and housing issues. Each applicant received detailed explanations, and we took some of their inquiries on for further follow-up.
The final Legal Aid Day this year will be held on December 17 at the Sovetsky District Administration in Kazan. We welcome anyone in need of consultation and support!
