Parks, squares, and playgrounds are places where people relax, spend time with family and friends, and play sports. It's crucial to maintain them in good condition and pay attention to their improvement!
That's why a meeting was held today on how to handle citizen notifications received through the SIS RT system "Public Control" , with the participation of responsible officials from the Kazan Parks and Squares Directorate.
A total of 21 notifications were reviewed during the meeting, covering:
- comprehensive improvement of territories, particularly parks, squares, and playgrounds.
- outdoor lighting.
- improvement and modernization of facilities.
- traffic management.
Citizens primarily noted the insufficient number of trash cans in parks, the lack of signs in Tatar, broken streetlights and swings, peeling paint on benches, and the need to update bicycle markings.
All issues were discussed in detail. Following the meeting, responsible officials were advised to closely monitor notification deadlines, correctly assign statuses to them, and efficiently process incoming requests.
