There's nothing more important today than supporting our defenders and their families. I regularly communicate with the families of service members, trying to help them resolve various issues: establishing their military status, receiving payments, resolving pressing everyday matters, and more.
We understand that each family of a service member requires an individual approach and attention. Therefore, we strive not only to resolve common issues but also to listen to every story, every request. It's important for each family to feel that their problems are not going unnoticed and that we are ready to support them in difficult times.
Today, we held a meeting with representatives of the prosecutor's office, the military commandant's office, the military investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the military commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the branch of the State Foundation "Defenders of the Fatherland" to discuss current citizen requests and develop unified, effective approaches to addressing them.
I am convinced that only through coordinated action and close cooperation among all involved agencies will we be able to achieve tangible results in supporting our heroes and their families.
