Citizens asked questions during a personal reception
Citizens' receptions are an opportunity to hear directly from people and understand their most pressing concerns.
Today, another personal citizen's reception was held. Eight inquiries were received. The topics of the inquiries concerned:
- the search for a missing brother who participated in the Special Military Operations;
- establishing the whereabouts of a service member;
- disagreement with the assignment of the status of "absent without leave";
- assistance in including a spouse in a prisoner exchange list;
- providing assistance to military personnel;
- occupational injuries;
- pension recalculation;
- assistance in arranging a personal meeting with the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Each inquirie was carefully reviewed, and the necessary clarifications and recommendations were provided. For inquiries requiring further investigation, we will work with the competent authorities to resolve the issues.
Such inquiries are held regularly and remain an effective tool in protecting citizens' rights!
