A resident of the Zelenodolsk district, citizen S., contacted us. He reported that he was unable to get his driver's license back after his driver's license suspension expired.
According to the complainant, he paid the fine issued ten years ago on time, but the payment receipts were no longer available, as many years had passed since the incident.
To protect his rights, we filed a complaint with the Zelenodolsk City Prosecutor's Office. During the prosecutor's investigation, it was determined that citizen S. had completed all the necessary procedures - passed the traffic rules exam and paid the administrative fine. However, due to technical issues, the payment information was not reflected in the database, preventing the traffic police from returning his license.
Thanks to our collaboration, all payment confirmations were received from the Federal Treasury Office for the Republic of Tatarstan, the data was entered into the system, and citizen S.'s driver's license was finally returned.
