With our assistance, an unlawful court decision was overturned.
Ms. S. filed an administrative claim with the Novo-Savinovsky District Court of Kazan, challenging a ruling by the Commission on Minors' Affairs and the Protection of Their Rights in a district of Kazan. She requested that the commission's ruling and actions be declared unlawful and that the violations be remedied.
During the hearing of the administrative claim in the Novo-Savinovsky District Court of Kazan, we were brought in as a third party. Following the hearing, the trial court denied Ms. S.'s claims.
After receiving the summons for the appellate hearing, we carefully reviewed the materials and presented our legal position.
Due to significant procedural violations committed by the trial court, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan overturned the decision and remanded the case for a new trial.
Following the retrial, the court took our position into account and partially granted the plaintiff's administrative claims.
