We received a request from citizen A., a participant in a special military operation, currently in custody at Pretrial Detention Center No. 2 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. He requested assistance in receiving a monthly cash payment intended for combat veterans.
To protect the applicant's rights, we contacted the Tatarstan branch of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.
After reviewing the request, it was confirmed that citizen A. is included in the federal lists of the Russian Ministry of Defense and has been assigned a monthly cash payment under the "Combat Veteran" category without any application.
The one-time cash payment was transferred to the applicant's account in October of this year.
